Employers have discovered that hybrid work has increased productivity, job satisfaction, and flexibility across their respective organizations. In fact, most organizations (62%) surveyed in Foundry’s “Future of Work Study 2022” stated that they plan to guarantee flexible work options for employees moving forward.

However, this new flexibility doesn’t come without risk. The exponential increase in the number of employees connecting to corporate applications and resources remotely introduces increased cybersecurity challenges. This concern is reflected in the “Future of Work Study 2022,” which found that maintaining secure systems and processes is among the top three concerns of business and IT leaders.
